How do we work?

Well Family supports children, youth and adults living with disabilities, their families (parents, caregivers, siblings), those who identify as a multi-ability family, and anyone who aims to support a diverse family or person in any capacity (teachers, community program leaders, community-based businesses and spaces, etc...) through individualized support within the structures of:

  • Digital Courses & Online Programs

  • Individualized Community Space Consultation

  • Custom Training, Workshops and Resources

  • Routine Transition Support

  • Family and Community Wellness Support

Why Well Family?

We recognize each person and family dynamic has unique abilities and equally unique challenges - many of these challenges, if not addresses and supported, can cause significant gaps in wellness. Many programs and agencies promise action, but do not offer differentiated, timely and accountable services unique to the families and people they serve. This creates a hamster-wheel of inaction, stagnation, frustration, and devastating social and emotional outcomes directly affecting family wellness.

As such, Well Family aims to inclusively and individually achieve both short and long-term goals for our unique families and communities by enhancing access and advocacy by-way of:

  • Profound inclusive, community-based education

  • Enhanced family and routine transition support, and

  • Differentiated and individualized training, workshops and resources.
